Hotel de lujo muy bueno. Bueno para hacer turismo y cerca del centro. Servicio estupendo.

Reviewed 08. February 2026 Our room was not ready until the day after we arrived. This was disappointing as I booked a birthday trip for my husband. We had to repack our bags the next morning to move to our booked room. Electricity then cut out when we got to our booked room. We were told we would get an airport transfer as compensation for the room mix up, however when we arrived at the airport the driver was looking for payment. The hotel said they knew nothing of the transfer being compensated. Attention to detail in the housekeeping could be improved. We had used bottles of shampoo in our bathroom, and were not given any hand towels. See comments above- Sylvana W. Reviewed 23. December 2025 I'll start with the good since there was ALOT of bad. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating..always ready to help witj recommendations and such. The asthetic and furniture in the room was stunning. Visibly the hotel was very beautiful. I loved the central location and that we literally walked out our door and were at the christmas market. the clock tower view was also lovely and hearing it every hour was nice. Now the bad.... The room never cooled off, despite using the AC we would also come back to a VERY warm room. The hot water didnt work most of our trip, bit to the hotels credit they did fix it; however it was temperamental. it would go from cold to hot and I had to play with the knob. The nosie was also an issue..make sure to check if football season is happening becasue there was noise everyday from the bar from 1am to 5am. Very difficult to sleep. The street noise wasn't an issue when the windows were closed, but the room was hot so we had to open the windows. The floors were very squeaky and everytime my hubby and I would wake up in tne middle of the night(due to the noise) we'd wake eachother up. To say this hotel needs TLC is an understatement it needs a complete remodel from the windows being sound proof, to the hot water working properly. very accommodating, even spoke English

They also just stood and watched my partner struggle with my wheelchair every single time we entered. Not once did they offer to help lift it up the stairs or anything

There ist only a bathtub located unfavourably under the roof slope und pretty uncomfortable to use for showering. Also there is no safety measure against slipping in the tub. Bed is also located under the roof slope and can be uncomfortable for one person. No connection at all

We stayed in the luxury apartment just off the square, which was perfect because it was nice and quiet but very close to Old Town Square. The staff were kind and accommodating and the facilities were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room is superb!Staffs are all polite3and courteous. Breakfast is excellent as well as the staffs. Thank you for a nice experience! Will surely recommend this hotel. Staff are all courteous, kind and polite. Good customer service. Just right infront of the astronomical clock! In the heart of town square. Old building but magnificently remodelled and design beautifully 😍 Is very good goes with the olden era vibe but with elegance.
- Anna Reviewed 18. April 2025 I have a request 2 months before my stay to have a room with a view. A few times I told them that I am coming to the hotel mostly for the view; if it will not be possible, I would rather not go. Helena told me that she can reserve room 213 for me and every time wrote that it is not 100% guaranteed, but I thought it was just written for the critical cases. After I arrived, they gave me not only a room without a view but also a room that was on the 4th floor without an elevator, and I am 7 MONTHS PREGNANT. How can I take my luggage to the 4th floor? After that next day I asked to change my room, and honestly your reception worker was so rude—no customer service at all. He told me that no, he would not change it, but after he saw me crying because all my journey was ruined due to your hotel, he decided to give me another room with a elevator but still no view. So, as you can see by my telling, at the time of my reservation 2 months ago, room 213 was free , but your workers didn't want to reserve it for me. I don't know why. This was my second time in your hotel. The first time was amazing; they reserved for me the room that I wanted and gave it to me , but this time it was so awful that I cried, and I will never go back again to your hotel, first because your workers didn't want to do your request, and secondly because there is no customer service at all. I am telling that man that how can I, every time in 7 months pregnant, climb to the 4th floor? He tells me I can't do anything, but 20 minutes later, somehow he decides to change the room after seeing me crying. Thank you for my tuined journey.

I enjoy a coffee when I wake up, and I always drink tea before bed, but was unable to enjoy these two rituals at your hotel. Although it was possible to get hot water from the restaurant, I was never quite sure when it was supposed to close. I was told 8:00pm but then a waiter said they close before 7:00pm. Most of the staff was great, including the excellent porter. A couple of individuals seemed to be unhappy with their jobs which is not good for a guest to see. The room I had (315) does not allow for showers, only baths, which I did not like. Perhaps if there was another room option, with a shower and coffee maker and kettle, I would consider staying there again. The location is fantastic.
