September 2024 The air conditioner did not work and we were not notified before moving all our luggage in the room and trying to get it to work. Asked reception and she informed us they could give us another fan only and discount room 30%. When we checked out there was no note about the 30% discount rate and the man at the reception was not very nice about it. Could use an improvement to customer service skills for both receptions.

Even handling and storing our luggage. Superb. The location is great. Central to everything and just a short step away. Clean and tidy all the time That old school feel of Prague.
- Cornelia B. Reviewed 20. August 2024 Our room hadn’t an adequate shower, no bednight table, no bednight light. We had to walk 66 steps to our room without a lift,. The bed were so loud, that we didn’t sleep. Never again!!!!!!

No AC in the rooms, it's very hot inside and you just have a small fan and cannot open windows as it's an interior patio located to the AC units of the restaurants

- Reviewed 20. July 2024 Air conditioning didn't work. We were not told this in advance or at arrival, so it felt like deception. No compensation was offered until specially requested by us and even then it was very small (less than 15 % of room charge when a major room feature is missing). Room was too hot to sleep in windows closed and too noisy with open windows (and still hot). Room was untidy. Dead bug on the floor, cob webs and a living spider, lots of dust, old stains on furniture. Also no trash can in the room (outside of wc). Our visit was so bad that we had to book another hotel for our second night, so that our 20th anniversary won't be ruined.
- Nel Reviewed 13. July 2024 The bathroom has a smell that I am not sure where it is coming from. It almost smell like sewer. The place is spacious. The shower head has a mold. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I can recommend this place if they can make those changes. Good Wifi. Service is good. Everyone is friendly. In the heart of the square and across from the Medieval Clock. Awesome location. Towel rack, floors and electric fan were dusty. It needs a better AC. The lobby has no AC and the suite needs to blow more cold air.
